Enjoy a Keurig coffee maker, toaster, blender, and essential cooking supplies. The spacious dining area on the main floor offers island seating with bar stools. Premium linens and pillows are provided for all sleeping arrangements, and spacious closets with hangers are available in each bedroom. Free street parking is available. A washer and dryer are included in the unit with detergent provided. Tea, water, and coffee are complimentary, along with paper towels and Brita filtered water. Board games are available for entertainment. Located in McConachie, a growing, family-friendly community, this home is transit-friendly with multiple Edmonton Transit Service (ETS) bus routes serving the area. The neighborhood features parks, walking trails, and nearby shopping centers, with many amenities within walking distance. Dedicated bike lanes and multi-use pathways provide safe cycling routes. It's just a 3-minute drive to McConachie Crossing and Hollick-Kenyon Landing for groceries, dining, and services, and 3 minutes to Anthony Henday Drive for seamless city travel. Manning Town Centre and Londonderry Mall are a 6-minute drive away, with Costco and major retailers within 10 minutes.
