A $500 fee will be charged if there is evidence of any unauthorized events or parties on the property at any time. Pets are not permitted in the home. A minimum $250 fee will be charged if there is evidence of any unauthorized pets in the property and may increase to cover additional cleaning or damages. Strictly no smoking, vaping, or illegal substances inside the property. Violations incur a minimum $400 fee, with additional cleaning charges if damage or lingering odours are found.
