Only guests registered in the booking system are allowed, and there will be a charge for each additional guest. Smoking of any kind is not permitted inside the house. Smoking cigarettes is only permitted outside, and each cigarette butt or cigarette package found anywhere on the property will result in a $250 fine, in addition to a $50 fine for each cigarette butt or cigarette package found in the property. There will be a $300 charge for each police visit to the property due to guest activity. No undisclosed pets are allowed in the property, and guests are responsible for additional fees to clean up biohazards such as vomit or animal waste. Do not dispose of any substance that can cause draining issues, and guests will be charged a plumbing fee to unclog drains for inappropriate disposal. The home must be left exactly how it was found, and guests will need to cover extra cleaning fees not covered in the standard cleaning.
