Home has a 2 car garage plus a storage shed in the back. Renter is responsible for all utiliites, snow removal, and yard-care. The rental comes with a riding mower and other lawn supplies. There is a $100 monthly fee if the Renter would prefer a lawn service. Pet friendly!
