The batharoom has a shower and adjoins the high ceiling living room with hardwood floors. The bedroom is off the living room entry. The rent is 1370.00 a month plus a 20.00 fee for trash. The renter pays utilities directly to Colorado Springs Public utilities. ON street parking with an unfenced yard next to our other yellow house at 804 E. Kiowa. This cottage is close to Downtown Colorado Springs with easy access to Platte or Colorado Avenues. Memorial Hospital is close and Memorial Park is a short walk away. Shooks Run trail is close and gives acces to the superb trail system in our area. We offer an 11 month lease, with the deposit of 1370.00 due at signing the lease. There is a 45.00 nonrefundable background check fee at our in person showing if you want to move forward.
