Feel at home in this cozy, fully furnished 1-bedroom apartment in Over-the-Rhine, offering a unique "cabin in the woods" vibe on a hill with a private terrace and cozy seating. This lower-level unit was renovated in 2017 and features an open-concept layout. The bedroom is equipped with a comfortable queen-size bed with a Casper medium memory foam mattress, a full closet with hangers, an iron, a fan, and extra blankets. The stocked kitchen includes silverware, plates, bowls, glasses, pots and pans, a refrigerator, an oven, a microwave, and a Keurig coffee maker with coffee and tea. Pets are welcome with a $60 pet fee per pet per stay, with a maximum of 2 pets. Please let us know in advance if there are any other items you may need. Located in the heart of Over-the-Rhine, one of the nation's premier historic districts, you're steps away from Findlay Market, breweries, bars, restaurants, and shops. The University of Cincinnati and FCC soccer stadium are within walking distance or a short Uber ride. Major hospitals like Children's, UC, and Christ are also down the hill. The Cincinnati Bell Connector street car has two nearby stations at Elm and Findlay, and Race and Elder, providing easy access to attractions. Please be aware that the area is undergoing revitalization and is in the city, so typical city noise is to be expected. Neighbors should be treated kindly, and noise should be kept down after 10 pm. Shoes should be removed at the door. Parties and amplified music are strictly forbidden without advance written consent, and unauthorized parties may be considered criminal trespassing. Quiet hours are observed from 9:30 pm to 8 am. Smoking or lighting anything in the property, including tobacco, marijuana, incense, candles, or hookah, is not allowed. Violating house rules may result in reservation termination without refund. Dishonest or abusive behavior, including yelling at or swearing at team members, will also result in termination. The property retains complete control and reserves the right to terminate any reservation for any reason without refund if there is a belief that the guest intends to harm people or property, disturb neighbors, or harm the property's reputation. If there is any reason to believe a party is intended, entry will be denied. A security deposit hold of $300 - $500 may be collected. Cleanup of human biomaterial will incur a minimum $300 cleaning fee. Excessive pet hair cleanup will result in a $300 cleaning fee. Stains on carpets or linens will incur an $89 cleaning fee per item or the cost to replace. Smoking indoors will incur a $300 cleaning fee. There is a $170 re-keying fee for unreturned keys. Units found in unreasonable disorder may be subject to an additional $200 cleaning fee. Stays longer than 14 days are subject to an additional $120 deep cleaning fee. Any incurred security, fire department, or police fees due to guest behavior will be billed to the guest, with a minimum security fee of $150. Check-in for same-day reservations requires prior contact. This home is remote work-friendly and includes a full closet with hangers, an iron, and a fan in the bedroom, suitable for a home office set-up.
