Third floor unit with tons of sunshine, spacious closets, single parking space, stacked washer/dryer, full kitchen. Bright dine-in kitchen with tile counter tops, two windows. Formal dining room. Building has sauna, jacuzzi, swimming pool, rec room, landscaped courtyard, underground parking, and great residents. Amazing views of the Hollywood Hills and Universal Studios. Details: -Looking to rent to one or two quiet, clean, courteous tenants. -No lease, rent is month to month. We get lots of folks who come in for a few months for a short studio project and don't want a lease all the way up to folks who have lived here for years. We make it easy for either. -Very informal here as we are a family not a huge management company.
