It is conveniently located near I-4, 528, shopping, dining, Universal, Disney attractions, and downtown Orlando. Each unit features private patios with extra storage, linen closets, full-size washer/dryer connections, and walk-in closets. We’re happy to allow pets in our units, though we cannot allow any aggressive breeds, no more than two pets per unit, and they must be under 75 pounds. There is no assigned parking in this community, though parking is not allowed on the grass or sidewalks, and residents may not park boats, commercial, or recreational vehicles on property.

We run a comprehensive check of your criminal background, credit history, and rental history. If you have certain prior felonies or any evictions, your application will be denied. We will require that our residents make at least three times the monthly rent and can provide proof of income and identity.
