Pets must be approved by owner. No smoking or vaping on property. 2 Beach Badges ($90 replacement fee) are included along with beach chairs,umbrella,and bicycles. Shared BBQ grill and shared use of the outdoor shower as well. Linens and towels are included. $200 cleaning fee,10% security deposit.
