Our house is in a great location. 30 minute drive to North Fork Park for biking and hiking. 10 minute drive to the North Ogden Divide for more outdoor recreation. Just under 15 minutes to Pineview Reservoir. Jump off Canyon and Nature Center North Trailheads are just down the street. 15 minutes to Downtown Ogden for restaurants, breweries and concerts. Snowbasin is 30 minute drive and Powder Mountain is 40. Lease is from January 1 2026 to November 30 2026. Renter will cover the cost for all utilities. Water, trash/recycling and sewer are combined into one bill which usually runs $100/month. We have Xfinity internet set up at the house $69/month. Gas and electric vary depending on how often you run the heat/AC units etc. Dogs are allowed and the yard is fully fenced. There is dog doors in place so the dogs can come and go as they please. First months rent and security deposit due at signing. No smoking please.
