About This Home
Bright, adorable 2 Bedroom, 1 Bath, 1923 frame house, the first one in this tract of Rancho Park. Only house in the area with front porch - extends the width of the house. Rare, huge backyard. Highly desirable location! Quiet street, four houses from Rancho Park Golf Course. I walked to highly-rated Overland Avenue Elementary School as I grew up in this house. Also walk to restaurants, banks, pharmacy, etc. Walk or bike to Century City. Walk, jog around golf course/park, which has public baseball, soccer fields, indoor and outdoor basketball courts, grilling areas, swimming pool, bocci ball, archery range. House features original hardwood floors in living room, den and 2nd bedroom. Master Bedroom, which is carpeted, can easily accommodate a California King Size bed. New HVAC (central heat and air conditioning) system. Kitchen has large refrigerator, new stove, ample cabinet space. There is a large capacity washer, and a gas dryer, though I preferred fresh air drying on clothesline in backyard. Half of floor space in garage is available for your storage needs. There is a long driveway which opens up to accommodate two cars in the backyard. There is also street parking. Renter pays utilities. The initial lease is eight (8) months. Minimum credit score of 700, proof of income for most recent six months. My intention and desire is to rent to reliable, considerate and relatively quiet people that want to be there indefinitely. As this house is my childhood home, it is not just a "rental."

The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.
