The 1/2 acre yard has plenty of outdoor living space, including 2 porches and a fully fenced back yard. There is ample storage available in the partial basement and attic, as well as a flex space that could be used as a home office. One dog under 40 pounds allowed with owners approval and a $350 non-refundable pet fee. No more than one pet allowed. All prospects have to be 18 years or older. We have to see 600 or higher credit for each applicant and income 3 times the rental rate. We do background checks, eviction history as well as current and pervious rental verification.
