The kitchen is bold, dramatic, and brilliant, fully equipped for all your cooking needs with stainless steel appliances, cooking essentials, and ample counter space. The open and airy living area features grand high ceilings, comfortable seating, a flat-screen TV, and high-speed Wi-Fi. The modern chic dining area offers a dining table with seating for 8 and a cozy 3-way fireplace. Bedrooms include a master with an ensuite bathroom and king-sized bed, and 4 additional bedrooms with various bed arrangements including queen-sized beds and bunk beds. Bathrooms are sparkly clean with an oversized soaker tub in the master ensuite. Free parking is available to guests with space in the double garage and on the driveway. A laundry room with a washer and dryer is available for your use. We welcome house-trained pets with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet, with a maximum of 2 pets per stay. Early check-in and late check-out options are available, subject to availability and may include a small additional fee. An additional nightly rate applies for more than 6 guests, with a $29/night fee for each additional guest. Conveniently located a stone's throw from the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex, Waxahachie is a vibrant, authentic small-town Texas community known as the “Crape Myrtle Capital of Texas.” Each summer, the city’s historic streets are lined with beautiful pink crape myrtles in full bloom. Nearby attractions include Railyard Park with an amphitheater and splash pad, the Historic Downtown District with antique shops and restaurants, and the Ellis County African American Hall of Fame. For those exploring the Dallas-Fort Worth area, Grand Prairie Premium Outlets and numerous golf courses are within a short drive. The house accepts only 30+ days rentals. No parties or large gatherings are allowed, and only registered guests are permitted. Smoking of any type is not allowed, with violations subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. Check-in is at 4 pm and check-out is at 10 am. The fireplace is wood-burning, and guests are asked to refrain from using it without previously arranged, written approval. The spa heating element and jets are inoperable. No street parking is allowed due to City Parking Regulations, with a maximum of 2 cars in the garage and 2 cars in the driveway. A noise alert device is installed to monitor noise levels, ensuring compliance with local noise ordinances and occupancy regulations. The property offers high-speed Wi-Fi and a comfortable living area with plenty of seating, making it suitable for remote work.
