The Chapel Heights community has a community center with exclusive access for residents. The community center, managed by the YMCA, has fitness rooms, game room, conference center, gathering places and playground. Access to this community exclusive amenity is included in the rent. This gorgeous home is centrally located to shopping and schools, with easy access to academy blvd, located between powers and I-25 and across the street from a police station.
