About This Property

This is a very spacious apartment within walking distance of downtown and all it offers with job opportunities and a varied night life. There are three small corner stores one with a gas station within a two block radius. There is also a great Italian Restaurant with both eat in and delivery options available in the neighborhood. Most of the floors have been recently replaced along with many of the lighting fixtures and extensive electrical work has also been done. The apartment is very clean and bright just waiting for a great professional to occupy it and enjoy it. There is a garage across the street that off street parking may be obtained from.
