This stylish and beachy apartment offers a spacious layout with sleeping room for up to 6 people and is just 4 flights up, which is a huge plus during peak times if you want to avoid the elevators. Designed for comfort, this apartment features comfy furnishings throughout and an impressive balcony stretching from one side to the other, boasting magnificent views of the beach and tropically landscaped pools. The open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area is bright and airy, perfect for relaxing. Enjoy the 40-inch HD TV with Roku for streaming your favorite shows. The kitchen is fully equipped with granite countertops, all major appliances including a brand new fridge/freezer, and a Keurig coffee maker. A full-size washer and dryer are provided for convenience. The master bedroom offers a king-size bed with luxurious linens, a flat screen TV, and a private bathroom with a shower/tub combo and vanity area. The second bedroom features bunk beds with memory foam mattresses and soft linens, a separate room ideal for kids. A second full bathroom also provides a tub/shower combo. For additional sleeping, the comfy sofa pulls out to a full-size bed with a mattress pad and linens. A private parking space is included. A parking and resort fee of $75.00 per stay provides a parking pass and wristbands for all guests, granting access to amenities including a gorgeous lagoon-style, 13,966 sq. ft. gulf-side pool with fountains, a large pool deck and recreational features, a gulf-side hot tub, a large heated indoor pool and hot tub, a covered on-site parking deck, private beach access, two tiki bars serving lunch and dinner, beach activities and rental services, and free high-speed internet access. As a guest of this apartment, you receive one free daily activity provided by a trusted partner, with choices including Dave & Buster's ($20 free gameplay), SkyWheel at Pier Park (one ticket), WonderWorks, or Island Time Sailing Dolphin Cruise (seasonal). This offer is not included for guests staying over 27 days. This apartment is fantastically situated in the heart of Panama City Beach, just steps from the sugar white sands with private beach access. It is within easy walking distance of some of the area's best dining, exciting attractions for all ages, and numerous gift stores, offering all the ingredients for an unforgettable getaway. The registered guest occupying this apartment must be 25 years of age or older and must complete a rental agreement. Panama City Beach Ordinance 1667 requires all occupants to be 21 years of age or older, unless a family with children. All occupants over the age of 18 will be required to submit a government-issued ID, such as a driver's license, at the time of booking. This ordinance is in effect for High Impact Periods, from March 1 to Memorial Day, and other dates as determined by the city. Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or adult guardian while on property after 10:00 pm, and during curfew hours of 8:00 pm to 5:00 am while inside the city limits of Panama City Beach. No more than two minors can accompany one parent or adult guardian. Violation of this ordinance can result in fines to the parent or guardian and eviction from the property by the city. Pets are not allowed. The complex requires all service animals to be pre-approved prior to arrival and does not accept emotional support animals as they are not considered service animals under Florida law protecting lodging establishments. Smoking or vaping in the apartment is strictly prohibited and will result in a $1000 fine. This apartment is self-check-in, but guests must stop by the concierge to pay for and pick up their registration packet. Please note that booking this property under false pretenses regarding age requirements, or allowing occupants under 25 years of age to stay without the registered guest's presence, will result in severe penalties, including cancellation fees (up to 100%), eviction, and no refund.
