About This Property

Enjoy a high-end three-floor condo that is only four blocks from Pearl St and west of Broadway. Live in this neighborhood with easy access to Pearl and the canyon/trails without buying a $3 million dollar home. Only 7 units side by side, set back off the very quiet street. Easy access to bus stops on Broadway, North Boulder Park, as well as Ideal Market/Santo/Sweet Cow and more. This place served as my home for the last 10 years, but I've just moved into a home in Boulder, so now others can live in this wonderful spot. Downstairs there are a great kitchen, dining room, family room, and half bathroom. On the second floor is two bedrooms, a full master bath with two sinks, high-end fixtures, and tile work. There is also a full washer and dryer on the second floor as well. On the third floor is a sunny loft with great views that could serve as an office or guest bedroom. New high-end Andersen windows throughout. Fast internet is available. (200 to 400mbps) Fixtures, appliances, and finishes are all high-end. There is also a small back patio.There is one dedicated carport parking spot out back and three guest spots up for grabs each day. A big dumpster and recycling bins make it easy to take out the trash and recycling with no concerns about collection day. The landscaping is all managed by the HOA so no worries there. One dog is allowed with an additional security deposit. No smoking allowed. Dog under 40 pounds allowed. Owner pays for water and trash/recycling collection, but renter pays for electricity/gas (Averaged $110 to $160 a month) and internet/cable. 12-month minimum lease. Discount for 24-month lease.
