The Summit is a gated community on the Eastside with a pool and Volleyball courts. This unit has 2 bedroom with 2 full bathrooms on the second floor. On the main floor there is a 1/2 bathroom, living room / dining room and a good size kitchen. The fridge, stove / oven, microwave and dishwasher were replaced in 2024.
