About This Property
TRAVEL NURSE(S)!?! Looking for housing in Nashville, TN? I have a 2br/2.5ba townhome with laundry and two private off-street parking spots. Only 4 miles to TriStar Skyline and Centennial, and 6 miles to Vanderbilt. Can get anywhere without using the highway! Minutes to East Nashville and Broadway. Home was previously an AirBNB, so it can accommodate 3 comfortably. Fully stocked kitchen. Second bedroom has two beds and a dividing curtain between. Will add blackout curtains if requested! Both couches are also sleepers, so if you're in a big group this is your place! There's also a rooftop patio with downtown views. Available mid-December for 1-4 month lease. $2500/month all inclusive (water, electricity, internet). My wife and I are also healthcare workers at Skyline and Vanderbilt. We love nurses!
