Several parks are within walking distance, including Laurelhurst Park and Colonel Summers Park. The Eastbank Esplanade offers scenic views along the Willamette River. Quiet hours are in effect from 10 pm to 7 am. Smoking tobacco or marijuana inside is strictly prohibited and if detected, will result in $150 penalty. Events and/or parties are strictly prohibited and will result in fines and immediate eviction. Please remove your shoes when indoors. The number of guests on your reservation should reflect the number of guests staying in the home. Any unauthorized guest is subject to a $150 per guest penalty. Unauthorized use of extra beds or bedrooms will result in a fine of $75. Please respect check-in and checkout times; any unauthorized early check-in or late check-out is subject to a $75 fee. A lost, missing, or otherwise unreturned key is subject to a $100 fee. Missing remotes will incur a $50 fee. Violation of house rules may result in eviction and/or monetary fine.
