The main floor features a kitchen, living room, full washroom, dining room, and wet bar, while the second floor houses two bedrooms and another full washroom. The fully equipped kitchen comes with stainless steel appliances, including a microwave, fridge, electric stove, and dishwasher, along with glasses, mugs, dishes, and cutlery. Complimentary amenities include a starter pack of essentials such as coffee, salt/pepper, sugar, soap, paper towels, and toilet paper. The loft includes one dedicated heated underground parking stall. Paid and free parking is available on the street or at a nearby parking lot for oversized and additional vehicles. Early check-in or late check-out is available for a $35 fee, subject to approval. A $50 fee applies for late check-outs beyond 30 minutes, with additional charges for every subsequent 30 minutes up to 2 hours. Located in the heart of downtown Edmonton, this loft offers easy access to everything you need, whether it's a show at Rogers Place, the Citadel or Winspear theatres, a stroll through the Alberta Legislature grounds, or a quick grocery run. Public transit is conveniently located right outside your door, and the neighborhood is filled with unique shops, friendly cafes, and delicious restaurants. Enjoy the scenic trails along the North Saskatchewan River or take advantage of the fitness center and basketball courts at Grant MacEwan University just across the street. The main entrance to the building is locked between 9 PM and 7 AM, requiring check-in from the back entrance outside of these hours. There is ongoing LRT construction outside the building, primarily during working hours. The building does not have air conditioning, but fans are provided for comfort. A $500 fee will be charged for unauthorized events or parties, and a $250 fee for unauthorized pets. Smoking and drug use are strictly prohibited, with a $250 fee for violations. Occupancy is limited to 4 guests, with a $40 fee per unregistered guest per night. Additional cleaning fees may apply if the home is left messy. Tampering with fire alarms, smoke detectors, or security cameras will incur a minimum $100 call-out fee. Violations of house rules may result in immediate removal from the property without a refund.
