The laundry room is equipped with a washer, dryer, detergent, iron, and ironing board. Complimentary toiletries such as soap, shampoo, and body wash are provided in the bathrooms. Free outdoor parking is available. A starter pack of essentials, including coffee, salt, pepper, sugar, soap, paper towels, and toilet paper, is provided. Experience elevated downtown living, just steps from Rogers Place, Jasper Avenue, and the Brewery District. This prime location is a 10-minute drive to Whyte Avenue and a 20-minute drive to West Edmonton Mall. Public transit is conveniently located nearby, offering easy access to the city's bus and train system. Please note that there is ongoing city LRT construction near the building, which may cause some noise and affect access routes during daytime hours. This unit does not have air conditioning; fans are provided for comfort. The main entrance to the building is locked from 9 PM to 7 AM; guests must check in from the back entrance outside these hours. Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 8 AM, and any evidence of unauthorized events or parties will incur a $500 fee. Pets are not permitted in the home; evidence of unauthorized pets will result in a minimum $250 fee. Smoking, vaping, or illegal substances are strictly prohibited inside the property; violations incur a minimum $400 fee.
