You'll have your own deck and view of the pond covered by shade trees, the babbling brook running through the property, and the occasional neighbors, who , by the way, mind their own, have friendly vibes, and generally respect others things , pets, vehicles, etc . The landlord himself lives in another house on this property. From Canada originally, Lloyd is friendly, easy to find and helpful, an 87 year guy with a good sense of humor and can whip circles around us half his age( no lie). Dogs and cats are allowed, HOWEVER, they must be on a leash outside, cats must be fixed (unable to have babies).
