You'll have your own deck and view of the pond covered by shade trees, the babbling brook running through the property, and the occasional neighbors, who , by the way, mind their own, have friendly vibes, and generally respect others things , pets, vehicles, etc . The landlord himself lives in another house on this property. From Canada originally, Lloyd is friendly, easy to find and helpful, an 87 year guy with a good sense of humor and can whip circles around us half his age( no lie). We can work with some eviction situations , be honest, and we will do our best to get you in. First months rent is upfront, deposit can be made in payments for those with a tight budget. Dogs and cats are allowed, HOWEVER, they must be on a leash outside, cats must be fixed (unable to have babies). Being quiet and courteous of another has long kept this whole thing running smooth, keep your trash picked up, report maintenance issues right away, treat this like your home. I'm not a stickler about how much you earn over the rent amount here. If you don't pay, no hard feelings, but you will be evicted unless you call me and make arrangements in time. Again, be honest.
