Green Line light rail is a few blocks away and bus route 67 is one block from the house. Main floor has tall ceilings with fans and a brand new kitchen in 2021. All carpet is new as of 2021 in all bedrooms. Basement includes brand new washer and dryer in 2023 and lots of unfinished space that could be used for an extra TV room, study room, workout room. Backyard is fenced with great trees providing privacy to the backyard. Screen porch at the front is great for bike storage. Neighborhood has great amenities such as rock climbing gym Vertical Endeavors. Grocery store Fresh Thyme is only a short ride away on the light rail.
