Single-level, 3 bedroom 2 bath house on East Sequim Bay Road. Beautiful view of Sequim Bay. Large open concept dining and living room with vaulted ceilings and a propane fireplace. Rent includes water, sewer, and yard care. Tenants are responsible for electricity, garbage, and TV/internet. One small dog is possible on a case-by-case basis with additional $500 security deposit and $50 per month in pet rent. First and last months rent, $2,300 security deposit and $300 non-refundable carpet cleaning fee required. We are looking for responsible, long-term tenants with good rental references or mortgage payment history and verified monthly income of at least three times the rental price per month.
