About This Property
This apartment is spacious for a single tenant or a couple. Living room, bathroom & bedroom are all large with ample closet space. The apartment has large double-hung windows that let in a lot of light & high ceilings help make the space feel even bigger. There is a private porch off of the bathroom facing Union St. and there is a stained glass window along the stairwell up to the apartment. The entrance is located in the front of the building with off street parking in the rear. The house is on a main CDTA bus line with the stop right in front of the house. The laundry units are in the basement, accessed from backyard; they are not coin operated. There is storage space available in the basement. A window unit air conditioner comes with the apartment as does a refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, large desk, dresser, an entertainment stand and window sheers. The property managers live onsite & are available to contact when needed. They take care of the grounds, trash, building upkeep & communications with the owner. Utilities & internet/catv by tenant. Heat & hot water are electric. One cat is allowed - it must be fixed and have it's papers if it's a male cat. No dogs.
