Basement mother-in-law apartment in centrally located Longmont home. Located in the Historic Westside neighborhood; near Roosevelt and Thompson parks, walking distance to Main Street restaurants/shops and bus lines. It is a south-facing basement apartment with a separate entrance. Cork wood floors in the bedroom, tile floors in the kitchen and bathroom and zero-VOC paint. Roof-top solar. There is a private washer/dryer for your use. Majority of power to the house comes from roof-top solar power. Available unfurnished or minimally furnished (we have an extra kitchen table, shoe rack). Utilities and high speed fiber internet included in rent. The house has a large backyard and garden that the owners maintain. Parking available on the street. No smoking/vaping/incense. No animals allowed. $1,375 security deposit and 1st month rent due upon signing of lease. Utilities included in rent (including high speed fiber). Please contact us first before applying. A little about us... We are a progressive, outdoorsy, environmentally conscious family. We are working professionals and parents so we keep reasonable hours.
