No carpet. There is also a $55 non-refundable application fee that will cover a credit check and a criminal background check. We do not accept any government programs and or Section 8 vouchers. This house is also pet friendly but require a $500 non-refundable pet fee for a dog and a $250.00 for a cat. Nothing over 30 lbs. Two Max!
