1016 lofts is the dream community I’ve always wanted! Clean, spacious and full of opportunity. Parking is easy, safe and secured! If you are here, you are home!
Amenities and public spaces are all kept nice and clean. Any questions you have management is on top of answering! The building's unique layout and construction makes for differences you wouldn't normally see in apartments that make for a different experience living and getting around the property.
We no longer have a dog wash station, we can't use the fire pit bc there hasn't been propane in it for actual years, the tv's in steam room have never worked, we no longer have a business center bc it's now a package room with people coming in and out all day and only 2 seats, and I don't get email blasts about neighborhood happenings although I've asked at least a thousand times. While I do love it here, these are issues for me.
Just renewed our lease for a second year and still loving it here. The leasing and maintenance teams are responsive and professional, and the community feels welcoming. The units are a bit small but well-equipped with great features like central A/C, washer/dryer, and balconies. Amenities like the pool, dog parks, gym, and gated parking garage add a lot of value. Plus, West Midtown has plenty of great spots to eat and explore. Highly recommend!
Pros: rent is decent for Westside, property management is excellent, things get fixed quickly, and very few bug issues. Cons: concrete everything (floors included), older appliances, the occasional poor resident (trash left out, etc.), and extremely noisy if you live on Howell Mill Rd. Overall: you get what you pay for; no more, no less. If you want something basic without much hassle, this gets the job done just fine.

So far it’s been okay. Pretty active night life as, at least from what I’ve seen, it’s mostly college or college age residents. Some may find the noise a little unsettling but honestly I feel safer knowing it’s a populated area, and as a women living alone I tend to avoid places where no one would see anything if it were to happen. Easy parking access too.
This is my first lease at 1016 Lofts, and I plan on renewing. My experience has been amazing in almost a full year here. The leasing team is caring and finds nice ways to unite the resident community. The maintenance team is awesome; requests are resolved promptly and professionally. The gated parking garage provides some peace of mind living in the city. The pool and common areas are well-maintained. The units are kinda small, but they make up for it with features such as central a/c & heating, dishwasher, double sink with garbage disposal, washer/dryer, tub shower, and balcony. The in-community dog parks are perfect for late-night doggy restroom breaks in your pajamas. Although, some residents don't do their part in picking up their furry friend's poop. The 24/7 accessible gym is fully fitted and comes in handy to avoid overly priced gym memberships these days. Living in the West Midtown area, there is no shortage of good spots to eat, have fun, and explore. I am loving it so far!
The place is wonderful, great location and atmosphere. the only complaint I have is about the property manager britnee, not a fan of her. she will do whatever it takes to get a couple hundred bucks off you. the maintenance folk are all nice, the supporting pm's are all sweet. overall though lived here for 3 years and have no complaints of the lifestyle here
This community is fantastic! The 24/7 fitness center has a good variety of equipment, the two dog parks are perfect for dog owners, and the game room with billiards and shuffleboard is a great place to unwind. The gated parking garage adds security, and the sizable swimming pool is ideal for relaxing on hot days. The location is unbeatable, with plenty of restaurants and fun spots just a short walk away. It’s the perfect mix of comfort, convenience, and fun!
I’ve had a great experience at 1016 Lofts for the last four years. The leasing office is usually very attentive, maintenance is quick and thorough, and the apartments are in good shape. The neighborhood has a lot to do, too.
I really enjoy the community and the neighborhood is prime location. Upon move in date my apartment was not cleaned i even saw an old hair tie. They had enough time to prepare the apartment for my arrival and neglected to do so. I Will give it a deep clean myself. Other than that the apartment community is nice and cool to live in
The community is amazing. I wish the appliances were newer and the cabinets were updated but outside of the Howell Mill noise everything is lovely.
Management is great, community is pretty cool too! Enjoy the amenities, not the most up to date but the lofts have character and for the location, the price is right
I haven’t lived here very long, but so far it’s been an amazing experience. The office staff has been kind & helpful. They helped make my moving transition seamless. The few neighbors I’ve come in contact with have been welcoming and always willing to answer questions.. i believe I’m going to love it here.
Just moved and really enjoy the space and brutalist aesthetic. The amenities are great and the location is just right for anyone who wants to live in the city
1016 Lofts move-in process was amazing. The units could use some more attention to the patched holes in the walls, but the tall ceilings, cement walls, and beautiful view makes up for that. The leasing team is awesome and helpful as well. Highly recommend this community!
I continue to love 1016 Lofts. I'm four years in, and I really don't have any complaints. The staff is kind and helpful, the maintenance team is quick and efficient, and the community is well kept.
Really down to earth and kool residents, awesome service delivery from maintenance and top notch residential managers. I like the fact that each loft is slighlty nuanced rather than the boring, cookie cutter communities. It's somehow more original and feels more homey than other residential properties I toured.
From the staff to amenities to neighbors, this place has honestly been the best. Even the smallest issues get resolved almost instantly. The best benefit is how pet friendly it is

I'm a new resident and loving my studio apartment so far! The amenities are great: a gym/fitness center with workout equipment essentials, a large outdoor pool, two dog parks, and more cool stuff. I like the rustic look & feel of the loft-style rooms. The leasing staff are really nice and sweet. Great location being in West Midtown with close proximity to entertainment and great spots to eat. Also, a shopping plaza with a grocery store, pet store, and other shops is just down the road. Doesn't get much better than this.

Overall, my experience here is really good. However, the increase in rent rate is quite shocking while the service is still the same. The utility charge per unit is too much
Great location, great amenities, fair price. Some issues with potential security issues gate and security door malfunctions resulting in gate open sometimes and security door unlocked.
Walls keep sound out and seems to be a very quiet and peaceful community. Neighbors that I’ve met have been welcoming and the gym was more than I expected.
Excellent maintenance services , providing professional prompt service.Easy to access communication with management . Happy with secured parking spaces. In a good location with walkable areas to a ton of restaurants and attractions. Can’t wait for Publix to open a few blocks away.
The elevators can use a monthly deep clean. Some animals will relieve themselves in the elevator and owners just leave it there. Over time that smell sits making the elevators nasty. I’ll also suggest repainting the stair wells to go with the new building aesthetic and look. Also, there are old vehicles in the parking garage that haven’t been moved for months. There’s an old pickup truck with wood planks holding in place. Has the owner been contacted to validate they are still a resident? Are we able to open up more visitor spaces that are properly labeled?
Its actually really good, the manager is really nice, the neighborhood is walkable, its just a little bit of noisy people at late hours, other than that all is good
Great place to live. Affordable by Atlanta’s standards. Nice staff, good location, decent amenities. I haven’t had any problems living here, and the property is kept up well.

I love the location of 1016 Lofts! There are endless amounts of entertainment all within walking distance, along with a short drive to everything in Midtown and Downtown Atlanta. Staff is also great, and maintenance is awesome and always fast to fix any issues.

The staff is great! My only complaint is the dog waste and elevator operation. The neighborhood is super accessible and walkable and the other tenants are very friendly.

Good apartment, friendly neighbors and staff, good maintenance, but noise is easily heard from next door or above considering it’s concrete!

1016 Lofts is a great place to live. Affordable (relatively speaking), a fair leasing office, and a great location. Highly recommend. I’ve lived here for 2 1/2 years.

The staff in the office is exceptional at making sure my needs are taken care of in a timely manner. They communicate any issues and always welcome me with smiling faces. I appreciate them greatly for that. Maintenance also makes it a point to go above an beyond. Matt came in to fix one thing and left fixing three without me having to ask! 10 out of 10 I do recommend.

The location of 1016 Lofts is perfect. It has great amenities and a very helpful staff. They are always making updates to provide the residents with the best features.
