Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel is provided per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. For long-term stays (30 days+), guests will be subject to a background search and credit check. Guests will be asked to provide a copy of their official government-issued photo ID, confirm their contact information, pass through a verification portal, and in some instances, complete a criminal background check. A rental usage agreement must be signed, and a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card may be required prior to check-in. The minimum age requirement for the primary person booking is 22 years old. No weapons or drugs are allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule.
