There are many places within walking distance of this building in Music Row, such as Old Glory and Bella Napoli. Hillsboro and Edge Hill neighborhoods offer shopping, restaurants and other attractions. Despite the free parking spot, a car is not needed, as it is walking distance to Midtown where you'll find local bars. Lyft/Uber to Broadway (Downtown Nashville) and the famous Honky Tonks are only $5-7 one-way. This is a smoke-free environment, and any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Quiet hours are between 9 PM and 8 AM. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal. The presence of emotional support animals can be declined. There is a maximum of 2 pets allowed (40lbs combined), excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs. An additional $100-300 pet fee based on stay length will be collected separately. No weapons or drugs are allowed, and police will be called for violating this rule. Guests must agree not to disturb neighbors at any time during the stay. Guests must be at least 22 years old for out-of-town guests and 25 years old for local guests. To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, and pass through our verification portal.
