It has all of the amenities necessary to enjoy your stay and all the comforts of home. The apartment features a modern design infused with authentic Nashville-inspired decor, a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher temporarily unavailable until further notice), 100mbps+ internet, modern decor, a Smart-TV with streaming apps installed, a garden area to lounge and relax with friends, complimentary coffee, a community garden with cabana, 2 outdoor TVs, a gas grill, and a fire pit. One complimentary parking spot is included. Additional services are available to make your visit even more comfortable, like mid-stay cleanings and early check-in/late checkout (when available) for an additional fee. There are so many places within walking distance of the building in Music Row! Old Glory and Bella Napoli are some favorites. Nashville Guru is a great resource for looking at the Hillsboro and Edge Hill neighborhoods, where you will see pictures and be able to look at shopping, restaurants, and tons of other interesting information about where you will be staying. Despite the free parking spot, a car is not needed! The apartment is walking distance to Midtown where you'll find local bars! Lyft/Uber to Broadway (Downtown Nashville) and the famous Honky Tonks are only $5-7 one-way! For the bold and adventurous, the dockless Lime scooters are a great way to travel. Smoking, of any kind, is not permitted within or outside of the apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. Quiet hours are between 9 PM and 8 AM. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Only one towel per guest per stay is provided. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. A maximum of 2 pets (40lbs combined) are allowed, excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs [or similar breeds]. An additional $100-300 pet fee based on stay length is collected separately. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. The apartment is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM (with a $75/hr late fee). No weapons or drugs are allowed; police will be called for violating this rule. [SI]
