This 3 bedroom 2 bath house is the perfect home base for exploring downtown or heading to the beach.  The brand new renovations, updates, and fresh decor are plucked straight out of HGTV! Relax in the warm and welcoming living area, with plenty of cozy couch seating and a large flatscreen mounted on the wall. Serve dinner in style in the gorgeous dining area. The table is made for sharing a meal with friends and family. The beautiful kitchen is fully-equipped and extremely spacious. The large island with chairs is a great spot for enjoying breakfast, lunch, snacks, or cocktails. After a full day in Galveston, you'll sleep well in Uptown Cottage. The master bedroom has a comfortable king, large closet, mounted TV. The master bathroom has a beautifully tiled walk-in shower and plenty of counter space and storage. Bedroom #2 has a queen bed and another large flatscreen TV. Last but not least, bedroom #3 has four twin-sized bunkbeds and plenty of extra space to play, making it a perfect spot for younger guests.  The second bathroom has a bath tub, shower, and plenty of space in the drawers and on the counter for your toiletries. Sleeping Arrangements: Master: King Bedroom #2: Queen Bedroom #3: Twin bunks (4) Parking: Parking is located in the garage behind the house. In the Area: Uptown Cottage is located only minutes away from the greater Galveston area, you'll have easy access to miles of beaches, local attractions/entertainment, and fine dining. This house is extremely close to UTMB campus. In the off season (September - February), this house is available for long term rental. Please contact Connect Coastal for rates/availability. All Connect Coastal homes come equipped with these essential items: 1 Kitchen Trash Bag 1 Sponge 1 Bottle of Dishwashing Liquid (3 oz.) 1 Packet of Laundry Pods (If home is equipped with a washer/dryer) 1 Packet of Dishwasher Detergent 1 Roll of Toilet Paper for Each Bathroom Linens and Bath Towels (standard beds are made for arrival, linens provided for advertised bunks & pullouts) Pots, Pans & Cooking Utensils Dishes, Dining Utensils & Glassware Coffee Maker (standard or Keurig, depending on the home) Basic Kitchen Appliances (Toaster, etc.)
