House-trained pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet, with a maximum of 2 pets per stay. An additional nightly rate applies for more than six guests. Located in a peaceful and tranquil neighborhood in DeSoto, just 15 minutes south of downtown Dallas, this bungalow is a short drive away from all the best that Texas has to offer with easy access to freeways, shopping, and food. Explore the winding trails of the Chisholm Trail or take a leisurely stroll through the lush greenery of Windmill Hill Nature Preserve. Check out the exhibits at the DeSoto Art Center or catch a live performance at the DeSoto Civic Center. Windmill Hill Nature Preserve is an 11-minute drive, and the DeSoto Civic Center and DeSoto Arts Commission and Amphitheater are a 5-minute drive. Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. Smoking of any type is not allowed, and violations are subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. Parties or large unauthorized gatherings are not allowed. Only registered guests are allowed on the property. No street parking is allowed due to City Parking Regulations. The maximum number of cars allowed are 2 in the garage and 2 in the driveway.
