Has sun room, deck, patio chairs, additional sun deck all with sitting areas as well as a 2-person swing seat. Can rent using Vacasa or directly with owner. Has 3 queen beds, a double, and a twin thus able to sleep 9. 250 yard walk to bakery and cafe, yet peaceful setting on dead end street that feels removed and serene. 400 yards from shops, all the restaurants, and center of downtown old Truckee. The water is mountain temperature but easy to enter and cool off from the grassy bank. Lounge chairs with sun shades on lawn next to river. Bike trail begins on River Street right in front of house.
