Nice place and area. The building has been renovated recently. staff is polite and very helpful. Never had any problem during my last 2 years living there

The on-site staff and handymen are great. They have always been super responsive and professional. Will be moving out at the end of the lease because of a new opportunity outside of NY.

Excellent area! Away from the hustle and bustle but close enough for great places. Brooklyn Fare is only two blocks away and the M57 & M66 are right across the street along with Danny’s Pharmacy.

I like this apartment, convenient, clean, and comfortable. I've extended the lease. They are good neighbors as well. Also, there are good events and good facilities. Furthermore, public transportation is perfect.

We have a great building and awesome amenities. The staff is friendly and the maintenance staff super fast. We are located in a quiet neighbourhood (like sometimes you forget you are in Manhattan). We have lots of playgrounds nearby which makes it also great for the kids

It has been great living here for the past year. The staff are super helpful and the maintenance guys will fix things straight away. The community events were great for meeting people.

Beautiful building with great staff. Attentive and always helpful. I feel safe here and enjoy the views! The facilities and outdoor space and gym are always clean.

The team at 101 are very friendly. Doormen are polite and always smiling. The handymen are responsive and kind. The building feels clean and I love the dog water fountain!!

We consider 101 WEA to be the premier rental in Lincoln Square. Great new amenities, professional, friendly staff, superb location and on-site parking make it the best choice in NYC.

It has been and continues to be the most beautiful experience, living in this community and building is so fabulous, that the growth and expansion of new technologies and improvements make me fall more and more in love with 101 West End Apartments every day.

An all round pleasant experience in the first few weeks I’ve been a part of this community. The staff are amazing and very helpful. Everything just works.

Apartment is great, Lincoln square is a quiet area full of families and nice people. The amenities are nice, especially the workout area and basketball court.

1 star is one too many for this property. Management is a nightmare. Typically only 1 of 3 elevators working for each tower, and waits extend upwards of 10 minutes, with dozens of people waiting in the lobby. The building does not have a freight elevator, so if anyone is moving in or if an elevator is out of service the stairs are the only option. If you have a child in a stroller, an animal who needs to go out regularly, or if you enjoy the “luxury” of safe and consistent elevators, DO NOT sign a lease here no matter how many concessions they throw.

I had a few minor issues with my apartment, but they stepped up and went above and beyond to resolve them. Great follow through. They definitely care.

We have lived in a 1 bd, 1 bth apartment at Archstone for the past month. Overall we have really enjoyed our stay here. The apartment has great light, is quiet, and has a skyline view. It is a large one bedroom apartment for the price. It has a great gym which unfortunately has an extra monthly charge. The staff and concierge have been great and very accommodating. Riverside Boulevard is a one minute walk away which is close to a dog run, a pier and a running trail. The only downside is that it is about a 10 minute walk to the nearest subway station. Other benefits: no fee, low down payment on certain apartments, laundry in the building, pets allowed with a fee. I would recommend this apartment to anyone.
