Asked about 101 Warren, a 33-story, Skidmore, Owings & Merrill-designed building that debuted in 2009, Elegran/Forbes Global Properties agent Christian Rogers is definitive: "It is the building that activated what then became a very important part of Tribeca," he says. "I tell people it made this part of Tribeca what it is today." The 227-unit residential tower is part of Edward J. Potential buyers concerned about amenities dating to 2009 should know that the condominium's extensive suite of shared spaces received a comprehensive overhaul in 2020 from Clodagh Designs. "It's one of the best investments the board made," says Rogers. "People walk in and are pleasantly surprised. They say, 'Wait a second. This is really, really nice.'"
