About This Property

Charming unfurnished rowhome in the Twin Creeks neighborhood of Lakewood. Sheridan Station, Sloan's Lake, Alamo Drafthouse, Casa Bonita, and Edgewater Public Marketplace are all a stone's throw away, and downtown Denver is just a ten-minute drive. As part of West Line Village, it was built in 2021 at the center of an up-and-coming neighborhood with friendly neighbors and a relaxing, dog-friendly walking trail at the edge of the development. The unit is three levels, with both bedrooms and their walk-in closets + attached bathrooms on the third floor and a one-car garage, fenced-in porch area, and charming front room that's perfect for a home office on the first. The second level has a half-bathroom and balcony in addition to the kitchen and living room. It's both spacious and cozy, a rare combination in the Denver area. Water and trash included. Pets are welcome no extra deposit or monthly fee required (whoever thought of those must not have been an animal lover). Never been rented before, and I'm the only one who has lived here. One-year lease with the option to go month-to-month after the first year. No smoking (cigarettes, at least; this is Colorado, after all).

1009 Chase St is a house located in Jefferson County and the 80214 ZIP Code.
