Beautifully landscaped with trees, privacy hedges and a private parking lot. Each two story townhome is 1100 square feet - there is no one living above or below and the walls are sound insulated. These have newly installed high efficiency heating and air conditioning systems. Rent is $2580 per month ($860 per person) with utilities included except electric, which adds about $30 per person per month average; the total monthly rental cost with utilities would be about $890 per person. The only money due at Lease signing is a $3300 deposit ($1100 per person), unlike most rentals where a first and last month's rent along with a deposit is due at Lease signing.
