The property has a large, shared backyard, plus a separate, dedicated, fenced off dog area, and a parking area with four spaces (one for each apartment). The property backs directly to Lakewood Dry Gulch Park and greenspace. Take advantage of the interconnected bike and walking trails surrounding the area. Trails will connect you to Perry St Light Rail Station (if walking, only 4 minutes away), Meow Wolf Denver, Mile High Stadium, The Denver Aquarium, Confluence Park, and other great areas of Denver. Sloan's Lake is less than two miles north. Easy access to Highway 6 and I-25. Take advantage of the very close Light Rail station for getting into downtown Denver or out to Golden. Tenants cover monthly utilities. Tenants will be required to have renter's insurance, including personal liability and loss of use coverage. No smoking inside the unit! One pet will be allowed with a $200 pet deposit (under 40 lbs) and a signed pet addendum. Showings must be scheduled in advance and must be accompanied by the Property Manager.
