Raised in Houston and later moving to the Austin area in 1993, he graduated from McNeil High School in Round Rock in 1997, where he played on the varsity tennis team. He went on to earn his degree from The University of Texas at Austin in 2003, majoring in Health Promotion & Fitness with a minor in Nutrition. After spending more than 25 years in the Austin/Round Rock area, Grant and his family settled in Georgetown, TX, in 2020. He and his wife Emily—an Aggie, fellow licensed REALTOR®, and co-owner of Broadstone Realty LLC—are proud to raise their two children alongside a lively household that includes two cats, twelve chickens, and their energetic border collie, Bullet. With over 16 years of real estate experience, Grant has successfully sold more than $100 million in property. His expertise spans residential homes, new construction, raw land for building or recreation, income-producing properties, short sales, foreclosures, and multi-family investments. In addition to sales, he provides residential and commercial property management services, offering clients a full range of real estate solutions.
