A serious infestation that is not taken seriously. Protect your investments. Don’t do it!
They are infested with roaches, treated tenants who been there for years before them like crap, they did this whole renovation (empty units only so like 6 out of 36 units) promised old tenants a move to new unit so they could renovate others but nope lied, and gave them to strangers even took the assigned parking from respected tenants who lived there for decades and gave it to the new tenants to accommodate them better. They only see numbers they DO NOT CARE FOR TENANTS and they are disgusting!! They send pest control to one unit but not all three buildings knowing there is an infestation.
