Garage parking for 1 vehicle can be obtained at an additional fee of $90/mo. This is a 9 month lease with the option to renew for 12 months once the initial lease expires. Rent, security deposit, and other deposits are due on or before move-in. The security deposit starts at $1,300.00, or you can inquire about our Zero Deposit Move-In option! 1 small dog under 30 lbs. (NO PUPPIES), with a $150 admin fee, refundable pet deposit $200 to $350 (based on pet screening score) and monthly pet fee of $30 to $70 (based on the pet's size) per pet.
