Property Id: 1219053 We have loved this apartment but are moving to a house and looking for someone to assume the last two months (Aug and Sept) of our lease, which can be renewed at the front office. This is the best floor plan and amenities you will find in any apartment. My apartment has 1525 sq ft, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, washer and dryer hook ups and an attached garage. Everything is modern with high ceilings and nice upgrades. This apartment comes with concierge services, resort-style pool, high-tech fitness and game areas and a truly maintenance-free lifestyle. Conveniently located near Peninsula Town Center, shopping, restaurants and entertainment this apartment is also located just minutes to Langley AFB or Newport News Shipyard for an easy commute.
