It's ok, about as good as you're going to get for the price around here without going to somewhere more sketchy. they sometimes give out little freebies in the lobby which is always nice.

I have been living here for 2 years and it has been an amazing time! The location is amazing, maintenance requests are completed efficiently and I have no complaints!!

This is a great location if you go to school near midtown Atlanta. Service is friendly and maintenance is always timely. This is a nice and cost friendly place to lease at.

I’m just loving this place too much .the gym is awesome.everyone is supportive.all the people are very nice to me every time. I love reading and I got the whole library which is having various types of books

Come here if you want to live close to GT east campus. Elevators needs some work. Apart from that folks here are trying to upgrade the living conditions. Hoping for a comfortable stay.

For the listed prices in midtown, it was a good enough place to live. Heads up, you will have some issues with hot water and wifi availability. The rooms are smaller than shown in the pictures.

My apartment is a 2 bedroom with 1,050 sq ft, views of Mercedes-Benz Stadium, State Farm Arena, World of Coca Cola, Turner Broadcasting Headquarters, Wells Fargo Headquarters, Microsoft Headquarters, Atlantic Station, & the freeway. I can look out my window every day and see what traffic will be like. You can't beat it! They also have a home theater, fitness center, and pool & table tennis room. Gotta check this complex out. Kylie & Prosperity in the leasing area great!!!!

I love living here! It's in the heart of Atlanta and so walkable. Being from NYC it makes me feel a bit like home so this is great. Maintenance is quick, responsive, and friendly. The ladies in the office are so kind and helpful! Looking forward to calling this place home another year!

Pretty decent living conditions internet could be better but overall pretty satisfied. Replacement keys are pretty pricey all things considered

It's dirty, but maintenance and security are good and fast. So they make up for it. Through the front desk is always extremely disorganized, so you can't expect anything from them.

It is amazing to live here. Located in the heart of midtown and walkable distance to GT campus, this place is all worth it for living in private rooms and for affordable prices. Publix is at walkable distance. What else does one student need?

100 midtown is the best I love the gym and the lift. Its super close to georgia institute of technology and really close to Publix and the gold route. Best place ever

I like my apartment, it’s not everything I hoped it would be for the price but still good view and good location. I like having my own bathroom

Great location. Maintenance quick to respond. Good amenities. Internet could be better. It goes down frequently for a few minutes at a time.

It's a place. Pros: very close to GT campus and Publix, so I don't need to drive anywhere. Cons: only two elevators work (out of five), which is inconvenient when you can't use the stairwells without getting locked out of the building. WiFi is decent, though a bit slow. There was recently a two-day WiFi outage; haven't lived here long enough to know how regular such things are. Hot water and water pressure are good. Walls are thin, so e.g. you can clearly hear a roommate talking in a normal voice from across a wall. The building feels safe, or at least as safe as you can be in downtown Atlanta.

100 midtown is a good place to live it is a pretty easy process to get into the place I would say, and they are good on communication. The rent for the size of the room and the bed that makes noise everytime you move is a little concerning but other then that great place and community!

Very friendly and clean, have been very communicative and fast in e-mails. Wifi works very fast once you have ethernet and all kitchen amenities are also clean and fully working.

Affordable, clean student housing, centrally located (near a Marta station, Publix, Wholefoods, etc.) with an efficient proactive management and adequate health and recreational resources.

Being close to the institute and supermarket is not just about saving time, but also about ensuring safety. It helps me stay focused on my learning.

100 midtown is a great place to live. Its nearby everything you will ever need and the staff are very friendly, kind, and will help you in anything you need. I definitely recommend this place

Very affordable rent! Wonderful and very accommodating staff. Very nice spacious apartments. You absolutely get so much more than your money’s worth. 24 hr security. Very Safe & close to everything. 4 minute walk from Marta. Right near Georgia Tech & Georgia State. Has a nice fitness center and theatre. You can’t beat the quality of living here.

I have enjoyed my time living at 100 Midtown and I really recommend staying there! (affordable prices, great location and perfect amenities). More specifically, the staff at the leasing office is very helpful and extremely friendly and the manager Stacey is super kind!! She does an amazing job making the place feel like home.

Living at 100 Midtown is one of the best decisions I ever made! The staff is always timely, helpful, and professional. Maintenance is always speedy as well. I also love the on-site amenities, with my favorite being the 24/7 gym! It is extremely well priced for what they offer
