Small, but sweet location

Excellent West Village location near everything. The Village is a great place to live, one of the few places left in NYC that still has a neighborhood feeling. Building owner is making some very nice upgrades to public spaces. Building manager is awesome - very responsive, nice to deal with. Good building in great neighborhood!
