About 100-25 Queens Blvd Queens, NY 11375
VERY LARGE ONE BEDROOM IN DOORMAN BUILDING IN THE MOST CONVENIENT FOREST HILLS LOCATION!!! This apartment is located right on Queens Blvd. making commuting a breeze. Everything you need from food/eateries, coffee, gym, wine/spirits, drugstores, etc... Not to mention you are within crawling distance to all the subways & buses. This rental is super grand with high ceilings, great natural light and too much closet space. The flow of the apartment is perfect because the bathroom is near the bedroom not the living area or kitchen. The bedroom has two massive closets, one is a semi-walkin and the other is wide with sliding doors (plus additional closets near the bathroom & entrance). The apartment showcases hardwood floors and the bathroom is so gorgeous with green marble floors, tiled walls and a ceramic sink. Laundry on-site, elevator & doorman. If you have any interests or questions feel free to contact me directly, thank you for your business. I personally live on Booth (very close) with no doorman and I pay more so I'm about to rent myself if i keep reflecting on this value. This is a great bang for its buck, get it before it goes!
