Great views are a highlight of our apartment at 10 WestEdge. The apartments give good privacy and are usually quiet outside normal working hours. The garage is very convenient and the Publix at ground floor level makes a big difference in daily life.
Exceptional security and cleanliness. Close to all necessities, generally nice neighbors.
Love the amenities! I always study in the sky lounge and utilize the coffee machine almost daily. The pool is beautiful and the gym has everything one would need.

We’re living at one of the premier corner apartments… half our windows are completely covered in a moldy moss, which the apartment says it cannot clean due to construction. We were not made aware of the moldy windows before moving in, & 5 months into our lease they’re still uncleaned. Heard of a few similar stories. Half the complex is constantly under construction or being fixed. It’ll be a great complex when everything is done I’m sure.

Great place to live ... publix is a plus... very convenient and safe.. charging stations available now that i own a electric vehicle. Spiffing up the building and cleaning is good, once construction is completed a great place to live. Love the dog and cat friendly atmosphere.

Signed lease & picked up keys. 1st night, we planned to clean without moving in. Unfortunately, once the sun goes down, the critters emerged! Baby roaches in shower - killed and washed them away. Much larger roaches in kitchen. Could never identify where they were coming in - maybe the patio door. After two weeks of having them treat the apartment, we had to make a decision to abort the lease without ever moving our things in. We are still in a fight over owing termination penalties, but either way.... Renter beware!! The roaches can be 2-3 inches long - and we were on the 9th floor (so a long way for the critters to crawl...)

They have been doing construction for the last year which will continue into the summer which has been very obnoxious and interfering with daily work. It's a great place to live in a great location but they should have built the building better when they did a few years ago. It's not an old building but has required a lot of maintenance. Also the office staff rotates every three months.

Excellent location and friendly neighborhood comprised of mostly single unit professionals. Pet friendly and great maintenance team. Great social function once a month. However definitely overpriced for the size and age of units and average amenities. Good for short term stays for professionals.

Nice ambiance and Beautiful view in the sky lounge. Really enjoy it and the nice amenities, gym, courtyard, pool , kept clean. Nice park across the street, very pleasant to walk my fur baby. Grocery store in the building has been a plus. Can be noisy due to the roof construction but view is awesome. Office staff and maintenance are helpful, responds promptly.

Best place to live in terms of location to downtown and surrounding vicinities, dog friendly building, major plus having a Publix downstairs, wish we had more restaurants and additional dining , there are many vacant spots, make the rent more affordable so businesses can come in and i am sure the building would support addtional restaurants...lunch, pizza place, more breakfast and coffee needed..

Living at 10 Westedge has been incredibly convenient. It’s close to my work, with easy access to downtown within walking distance. The amenities are excellent, and having a Publix right in the building is such a practical bonus. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located place to live!
Complex is incredibly well maintained , the gym is fantastic and you can almost always find a time to go where it isn’t busy. Being on top of the publix is convenient, and the location is terrific. The only negative thus far has been the construction around the building which has unfortunately taken a portion of our balcony for the time-being , but the contract stipulated construction would be taking place around the building so we can’t knock them for such. Thus far, we would highly recommend this complex to others.
10 Westedge is on track with their operations. They make living here quite easy. The staff genuinely addresses your concerns and goes above and beyond to ensure your satisfaction.
We enjoy our apartment at Westedge for its attractive design and ease of living. The building is generally kept clean and well maintained. Maintenance issues are handled well and the trash and recycling services are very convenient.
I love how communicative management is and all of the amenities this place has to offer. Having a grocery store just an elevator ride away is also fantastic.
the staff is so friendly and helpful. They are always willing to provide good service and it means a lot when you are a busy individual and need correct information.

Moved here a month ago and liking it so far. Amenities are nice, and they host weekly events and engage with the residents! The area is also really nice.
10 Westedge is a fantastic apartment complex. The amenities are top-notch, providing residents with everything they need for a convenient and enjoyable living experience. The building includes a fitness center, a beautiful rooftop terrace, and ample communal spaces. The location is also ideal.
A great place to live! Friendly people, super convenient, staff is great and apartment is even better than it looks online. Definitely will be renewing my lease.
Great apartment complex! We love the special events! Great parking, and the common areas are always clean. Having the Publix in the same building is super convenient.

It’s an awesome place to live, has many amenities that make life so much easier. From supermarket, pool, gym, and a French cafe across the street.. it’s an ideal place for those who love convenience.

10 Westedge is a very well-run building and the residents are friendly. I particularly like running into dogs and their owners in the hall and elevator. The staff in the Leasing Office and Maintenance crew are all eager to please and quite competent. I wish to stay in the building for a long time.

You're the best! We really appreciate the positive review.
To keep things short, this is a nice building, with great amenities. Maintenance comes quickly if you have a problem. Leasing office is pleasant. However, this building is managed by greystar so do not expect a personalized experience. They nickle and dime you. You have to pay for a package service that is completely unreliable (please ask how this service works when touring) and there is no real guest parking. 2hrs free because of publix and after that westedge can only validate half off. Many wonderful pet owners, but some don’t clean up after their pets (but theyre trying to crack down on this). If it wasn’t so expensive, I would give it 4 stars, but the cost plays a role in my expectations.

I am extremely glad I moved into 10 WestEdge. All of the staff have been extremely kind and helpful. Prior to this, I lived in a house and was nervous about apartment living. But my experience has been incredibly positive and I know that if I ever had any issues that they would be resolved quickly and effectively.

Great place to live. The staff could not be any better to work with. The added convenience of a grocery store and pharmacy are such a plus. No other apartments this nice.
