The living room includes a sofa bed, chair, a 4K 58" HDR smart TV, and a coffee table. The fully equipped kitchen features a microwave, stove, oven, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker with coffee essentials, electric kettle, sink with hot and cold water, glasses, silverware, pots, pans, and a dining table with chairs. Parking is available on the premises, and instructions will be given at check-in. Pets are allowed depending on size or if they are service animals for an additional $20 per night. There is a 2 pet maximum and only cats/dogs are allowed. Breed restrictions apply: Alaskan Mala Mute, Belgian Malinois, Boxer, Show Chow, Dalmatian, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherds, Husky Breeds, Pit Bull Breeds, Presa Canario's, Rottweiler, Staffordshire Terrier, Wolf Hybrid. Early check-in/check-out may be accommodated for a fee of $35 for the first 2 hours, subject to availability with 24 hours' notice. Enjoy the convenience, walkability, and central Phoenix location close to top attractions. All guests must be 23 years old and above. If you are found to have brought pets without prior notification, there will be a $500 fee. Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am every day. If there are noise complaints or any violation of this rule, it may result in cancellation of booking and removal from property without refund. There is a strict no-party policy. If there is a party of any kind the police will be called and everyone will be removed from the property with no refunds. No unauthorized guests are allowed at the unit, with a $100 fine per guest if discovered. Smoking is prohibited without exception on this property, including balconies and in or around the building, and any signs of smoking will result in a $500 fine. If you are bringing a pet(s) without letting us know beforehand for the fees, there will be a fine of $500 if discovered. A $500 late check-out fee will be charged for delayed checkouts. You may be charged extra for cleaning if the property is left in a state that necessitates additional cleaning. Lost or unreturned keys will incur a fee of $80 for key replacements and $150 for key fob replacements. If tampered with, there will be a fee for the noise monitors installed in our units.
