If there is a party of any kind the police will be called and everyone will be removed from the property with no refunds. No unauthorized guests are allowed at the unit, with a $100 fine per guest if discovered. Smoking is prohibited without exception on this property, including balconies and in or around the building, and any signs of smoking will result in a $500 fine. If you are bringing a pet(s) without letting us know beforehand for the fees, there will be a fine of $500 if discovered. A $500 late check-out fee will be charged for delayed checkouts. You may be charged extra for cleaning if the property is left in a state that necessitates additional cleaning. Lost or unreturned keys will incur a fee of $80 for key replacements and $150 for key fob replacements. If tampered with, there will be a fee for the noise monitors installed in our units.
